[Mailmunge] make test failures

Although I haven't been very active recently, I've been using MIMEDefang
for quite a number of years.

I'm currently looking at Mailmunge as an opportunity to refactor old
code and/or implement new features.

I have an CentOS 7 server that I'm trying to do the install on and I
believe I've met all the required and optional module installation
criteria but 'make test' is throwing a few errors that I'd like some
clarification on.

It's entirely possible that these errors aren't significant enough to
warrant worry but I figured I'd double-check.
