[Mailmunge] ADMINISTRIVIA: Test post-upgrade

Hi,

I upgraded my main machine from Debian 10 to 11, which uninstalled
Mailman. :(

I had to install Mailman from source.  Just testing that list traffic
still works; please ignore.
