[Mailmunge] Snedmail < 8.16.1 and the "-y" option to mailmunge

Hi, all,

Just a heads-up: If you link Mailmunge against libmilter from Sendmail
earlier than 8.16.1, the "-y" option may hit a memory leak in the
Milter library.  I recommend not using "-y" in that case.
